You need to download the “LEET Co-pay” application from the App Store. Here is a link:
https://itunes.apple.com/de/app/leet-co-payments/id1012522727?mt=8
Open the app, and enter the following info (IGN and server IP).
Click on “Make co-payment to server”.
Click on any amount of credits, and boom! You just donated!
